ChatOps to overcome frictions

Tom to start playing with bot-github-chatops. Worth reminding people this is a way to overcome GitHub access restrictions. Challenging to map Symphony/GitHub identities; easy to use a "proxy" GitHub identity (ie bot account). Plexus team uses it, no other adoption within FINOS community, as far as we're aware of

GitHub teams as authoritative definition of governance bodies (PMC, active participants, committers, ....)

• Brian - we already use GitHub Teams this way. Tom too. 

• Rob - implement better syncing across GitHub, mailing-lists, Confluence/JIRA, etc

• Mao - depends on "GitHub Org consolidation" initiative
