Code projects

We've had a proposed contribution for a demo project (from Glue42), we also have some legacy (unmaintained) code projects. 

Should the program host code projects?  If so, what is the criteria?

Proposed:

• Add code examples to the examples section of the FDC3/FDC3 repo

• Larger projects would be linked from the FDC3 site

• Raise to Gab where larger contributions should live (Frank)

• Archive open-api-demo (Nick)
