Component #3 : ISIN based Linking

Objective: Create a component that links two Issuer records on the basis of LEI code by lookup of the GELIF site using ISIN

Success Criteria: Unique match is identified.

Error Condition:

  1. Multiple Matches - If there are more than one record that share the same LEI code for a given ISIN.

  2. LEI Code missing - If one or both the vendor feeds do not have LEI code.

Action on Error Condition: Call the Component to link on the basis of Issuer Cusip
