Currency - Defining standard Object

Objective : Create standard object to represent Currency data.

Distribution: The definition will be available on a public cloud via API.

Maintenance: Any new currency definition can be added by the community members. Validation rules will be defined to prevent duplicate setup.

Data Integrity: Workflow to arbitrate and modify values for any pair by the community members.
