Exodus Project

Exodus Project

Exodus is a mapping, documenting, and migration tool that has been especially designed with Oracle PL/SQL developers in mind, with particular focus on transporting tabular data into a JSON centric storage paradigm.

As businesses move their legacy databases into the cloud many use this as an opportunity to refactor their persistence & retrieval into more modern paradigms.

Exodus provides a designer to construct migration definitions, manage JSON documents, and a migration "run book" sequencer.  The tools provide a tried and tested framework for executing code to perform the migration.

Why use JSON in an Oracle Database?

Meetings

This project does not have regular meetings. Work is conducted via Github issues on the Exodus Github repository and meetings are called on an ad-hoc basis.
