Component #4 : Issuer CUSIP based linking

Objective: Create a component that links two Issuer records on the basis of Issuer Cusip

Success Criteria: Unique match is identified.

Error Condition:

  1. Multiple Matches - If there are more than one record that share the same Issuer Cusip.

  2. Issuer Cusip missing - If one or both the vendor feeds do not have Issuer Cusip (True for non-US Instruments)

Action on Error Condition: Call the Component to link using AI/ML technique.
