Identifier Object

This page will provide an overview of the group's efforts to standardize the Identifier Object and the various types. This means items that actually exists and are defined by other entities or organisations somewhere in the world. Eg a security on NYSE, an unlisted, private company in Sweden, a fund managed by a company in Singapore.

A potential solution can be seen on org.symphonyoss.fin.security [E] and the group's further efforts is to specify mandatory items, versions and allowed usage.

Furthermore, examples and code should be made available as well as a list of applications and organizations supporting the various objects.
