Svyatoslav Kryukov

Qualifications:
Svyatoslav (Slava) serves as a CTO of the UI platform covering all major divisions within Deutsche Bank, responsible for the roadmap, architecture and delivery of standardised UI toolkits, foundation services, interoperability and distribution platform.
Part of his role, drives integration of symphony chat into DB eco-system in general and autobahn suite in particular, having engagement with multiple symphony stakeholders and representatives inside and outside of the bank.
He has extensive experience relevant to this position:
- a seasoned professional with more than 10 years of experience in desktop and web ui development, enterprise scale shared services and frameworks;
- manages and actively steers participation in closed open source communities around services and frameworks within the firm;
- has a strong business background in e-Commerce and FX algo trading space;
- strong proponent of open sourcing elements of autobahn platform outside of the bank and moving towards open source model ;
- runs javascript/webui community in DB development centre ;
Slava will be driving implementation of core business use cases on top of symphony chat. He will help influence technical direction of the solutions to maximise adoption within db by brining detailed technical knowledge of DB landscape and organisational aspects to share with the ESCo, bringing ideas and solutions from within the firm to the table for joint development.
Venkata Vajipeyajula

Qualifications:
From the onset of the consortium formation and over the last 18+ months, Venkata spearheaded Symphony initiative at Citi; He has been involved in several Symphony technology work streams, providing feedback in early architecture discussions with Symphony engineers on use cases and API enhancements to facilitate Symphony API development.
At Citi, Venkata championed Symphony rollout to Markets Business (more than seven thousand users) and his team owns and manages infrastructure components such as connectivity to AWS, HSM integration, and compliance ingestion. Venkata engages with Symphony staff to collaborate on various business use cases and work through deployment and feature implementation challenges.
With more than 20 years of experience in the Financial Industry, Venkata has extensive expertise in solution design and implementation of Enterprise Level Trading and External facing portal platforms. His diverse background includes low latency application architecture, infra engineering, tech innovation, end-user experience; during his time at Citi he built multiple real-time communication, content distribution platforms.
Venkata currently manages Citi's Capital Markets Client Centric Technology Group and his team runs for its Portal (Citi Velocity) and Sales /Research Applications. As part of this senior global role, he manages application development, infrastructure architecture and DevOps. He has engineering responsibility for web, desktop, and mobile applications/platforms which are supporting hundreds of thousands of internal users and external clients. As part of the senior team who reviews technical due-diligence on capital markets strategic investments. Venkata lead dozens of product/company evaluations, influenced roadmaps, executed innovative technology pilots.
Venkata is excited about the opportunity to grow Symphony as an enterprise grade platform within Citi as well as true communication and collaborative tools across financial markets. He understands tremendous value software foundation brings towards achieving that goal. With his experience implementing open source based solutions for Citi as well as his involvement in evaluating quality, stability, and security of Open Source software to garner enterprise adoption, Venkata will be valuable addition to Symphony Software Foundation.
