Plexus Desktop API and Demos Contribution to FDC3 update

Leslie Spiro raising API and Demo contributions with the FDC3 team on Thursday 24th September
If the FDC3 team do not accept the Demos or API contributions.
- The Demos will be archived in the current FINOS-Plexus organisation on GitHub.
  - https://github.com/finos-plexus/finos-plexus.github.io/tree/master/demos
- The Plexus Desktop API will be contributed to the Plexus Interop team to be absorbed into the project.
- The Plexus Desktop API project will be wound down.

Discussion notes from Paul Whitby regarding escalating contribution to FDC3.

James McLeod (Unlicensed) suggested raising a PR;
Leslie Spiro suggested to wait until after the FDC3 meeting next Thursday, as discussions are on-going.
Regarding the demo code, if FDC3 do not accept, and no one else is using, then we'd archive it (it would still be available), and the API itself would be rolled into the Plexus Interop framework/repository.
Leslie Spiro reiterated that the demo code demonstrates the API's use in FDC2 and interworking with Eikon and is valuable as such.

Finally it was agreed that there was no point in a further meeting of this WG until FDC3 has made their decision.
