How to manage Active Participants.

• FDC3 group have agreed on what it means to be an active participant.
• These qualifications could be shared and used across all other programs too including FO PMC.
• Rob to share those criteria with FO PMC

Google Groups administration

• Hammad raised the issue that several firms (including Citi and JPM) are not being able to access Google groups from within the firm which makes it difficult to see or update the participants of the group. Also some firms (eg GS) are blocked from receiving content from google group distributions.
• Rob asked to send a message to Mau about the issue we are having. Mau can use this to push the agenda with the ODP group who are looking into open distribution.
• If we need to know who is in a group or to get a group updated we can send an email to Help@finos.com.
• For the distribution side it is only GS that blocks distribution from GS> Morgan Stanley used to but began accepting from a couple of weeks ago.

• Tosha will send out latest version of Press Release.
  • Looking for quotes from member firms to be included in the Press Release.
  • Hammad to follow up for Citi

Reference Library.

• Hammad shared requirements for the repository including:
  • Need to support Matrix type structure with multiple products and use cases.
  • Objects need to be searchable
  • How will users upload objects? Perhaps a Template – or copy/paste from existing format
• Perhaps we could use method others have adopted (eg ISDA). Further investigation required.
• Mao will think through options and send examples of possible approaches
