Metadata Working Group

  • When will/Do customers care about the metadata?

  • Goal is to have a working prototype that people can look at

  • Quality and accuracy of call data may be an opportunity for improvement

    • Transcription is just one part of voice 

Status

  • Still have three open source projects from GK

  • One WG (Call Metadata) - growing attendees

  • Continue to struggle with the amount of time people can commit.
