- Concern: don't think there's that many technical profiles in the UC WG and this UC may have a few technical challenges:
- you can't really define this intent without defining the context data that comes with it – what would such an object look like?

- we need to make sure that when intents are proposed, the proposal for the intent should include a proposal for the data
- we need to come up with some kind of test for "when is something an intent?"
- it may not be a good idea to be discussing this via github issues, but rather to have a quarterly meeting
