Workflow

  1. Global sales, trading, and research teams conference into research / analyst / earnings calls 
  2. An administrative user on the call conferences in the Transcription service
  3. Transcription service converts audio to text in real-time
  4. Transcript is streamed to admin user interface
  5. Admin may use correction software to correct any errors in the stream
  6. Corrected transcript, broken out by speaker (aka "speaker diarization"), published and displayed to all callers.
