Are technical Use Cases valid for this Working Group.

As a member of the FDC3 Use Cases working group I want to submit use cases that have a technical rather than a business/end user focus. 

Provided these use cases meet the normal criteria that the WG is developing for example being factual and detailed are these valid to be considered by the Working Group ?

This question is independent of whether any of the current technical use cases submitted are valid or not.
