|
10 min | Pan-PMC Asks | All | Review and reaffirm objectives on which your program roadmap has been built; review progress towards those objectives [note this is in part to help program get ahead of prep for the July board meeting] Deliberate and decide if you want to request an exception to your program repos being moved to github.com/finos (i.e., current state for all programs but DAV which has already moved). Report back by June 21 to Rob Deliberate and decide if you want/need a GitHub Pages “Microsite” (and if so, when and why -- i.e., in support of what program milestone/release) Let Rob know if you’re interested in piloting use of GH pages in place of the Confluence Wiki Review and revise working group eligibility/participation requirements (if you use them) Review & steward projects that are in incubating status, especially those that have been in incubating status 6+ months, in support of overall FINOS KR to reduce projects incubating 12+ months Collect and share community participant, esp. developer, experiences with 1) learning of/about FINOS and/or 2) (self-)on-boarding Provide infra@finos.org guidance on your wiki permissions - Remember to be moderating your google groups – both join requests and messages.

5 min | Kdb WG Update | All | Discussion of project speed ensued. Kdb qdoc is on hold security handler – getting it out github Reach out to some other orgs/members about participation |
5 min | Security Reference Working Group Update | All | - Steady participation
- Recent presentation from OpenCorporates re their security reference data products
- Similar presentations coming from other reference data, security providers
- Group would continue to benefit from increased participation
- Group would also benefit from another "To-Do" for the group; Group may benefit from asking participants if there are other topics of interest.
- Agency Bond identifiers are on the roadmap, but not much overall engagement at the moment.
- Asked Alvin to review SRD Roadmap for 2019.
- Ilya should be putting up a roadmap for DRM as well.

2 min | DRM |
| Working Lead still stuck |
5 min | Data Tech Meetup Idea. | All | Idea of potentially FINOS allocating some funds for a DT program or specific working group meetup - Interest expressed in doing a security reference specific meetup idea
- Potentially invite the ID providers?
|
5 min | Wiki vs. Docusource Docusaurus for Roadmaps? |
| - Docusource ingests Markdown and generates a microsite.
- FDX, FO, etc. have started using it.
- Those groups have relatively mature offerings to publish.
- Further along than DT.
- Data Tech WG's will stick with Wiki for now then.
|
5 min | Roadmap Review | All | - Consensus was to do roadmap review at the next meeting.
- Roadmaps will be needed ahead of FINOS program Health Checks in April, however. Just handle that over email rather than trying to move the scheduled call.
|
5 min | AOB & adjourn | | - Spread the word about the London event.
- Possible new participant from Credit Suisse for kdb+ WG.
|
Decisions Made
- For now, program activities will continue to be documented first and foremost on the wiki
Action Items
Capture any actions that were identified here, and make sure they are also captured on the group's task page during, or immediately after, the meeting
- Include on agenda for next PMC meeting to do a further discussion of the overall DT roadmap, the specific WG/project roadmaps, if/how the three WG/projects inter-related, and, especially, resource requirements to deliver (Alvin Shih)
- Make a decision on if/when to do a DT themed meetup, potentially focused just on security reference data (Alvin Shih ; Sailesh Pandey)
- Walk Alvin Shih through options available and approach re using Docusaurus / Github pages (Maurizio Pillitu)
- Continue to consider if/whether/when to make use of Github pages / Docusaurus in place of the wiki
- Start to prepare the program board review - due April 23 (Former user (Deleted), Alvin Shih, Sailesh Pandey)
