Description

Acceptance criteria:
1. Consolidate https://finosfoundation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FDX/pages/75530469/Project+documentation
2. Add links to project and working group code/documentation release process on https://finosfoundation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FINOS/pages/80642059/Community+Handbook
3. Deliver at ODP Working Group meeting
4. Socialise with community@finos.org and pmcs@finos.org

Item #1 is in good shape, see https://finosfoundation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FDX/pages/75530469/Project+documentation and https://finosfoundation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FDX/pages/844759075/Using+Docusaurus+recommended ; #3 and #4 are blocked on #2, while #2 needs further decomposition:

1. Create 1 sub-page for each collaboration service type (wiki, mailing lists, web confernencing) - https://finosfoundation.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FDX/pages/94142628/Collaboration+Services

2. Each page should include

  • the list of solutions for the current collaboration service

  • for each solution, how project governance is mapped (ie Confluence pages are managed by PMC, GitHub repos are managed by the wg-chair/prj-lead, how delegating admin duties work)

3. Include "Infrastructure Setup" page below "Project-Level Processes" of "Community Handbook", linked from the "Adding a New Repository to your Project" page (as "next step"). This page will guide a lead/chair throughout the initial setup (if/when/how to "apply" for infrastructure elements), with links towards ODP pages, where technical details are reported (ie, how to setup a page on the Wiki, or how to configure GitHub Pages)
