I've created a repository and checked in the code/data already. All that's needed is to add the program and the only external contributor (Jilayne Lovejoy) to Metadata. I tried to do this myself but don't appear to have commit rights. The necessary metadata files are attached and should go in:
people/jilayne-lovejoy/person-metadata.json
programs/osr/OSLC-handbook/activity-metadata.json
