Scope
The Working Group will develop and publish a set of working guidelines for APIs based on REST/JSON models. The guidelines will include references to data element standards and object definitions

- 23 March - first revision based on contributor reviews
- 6 April - submit for WG peer review
- 20 April - COMPLETE
