Remove ☠️ Long Term Maintenance ☠️
Rename Released - proposal is "Released"
Clearly label Archived projects that have previously been Active (to differentiate from those that were Archived directly from Incubating)
Repositories containing sample code and documentation will not be considered projects
Decision: general agreement that this makes sense, will give a week's soak time to give everyone time to digest. Formal vote will be conducted then.
