Meeting notes
- Inactive project review:

- Decisions:
- ESCo to reach out to project leads of "higher value" projects, and request a status update. These projects are:
- ESCo to initiate vote to archive remaining projects, which are:
- bot-fact
- bot-v-for-symphony
- bot-bot
- bot-sidekick
- bot-jenkins
- bot-sym-browser
- bot-woodhouse
- bot-greenhouse
- bot-home-security-talking
- bot-lunch-box
- bot-faq
- (this vote will be done via email, since we don't have quorum today for an in-person vote)
- John Stecher has commenced work at Barclay's Bank
- Decision: ESCo to reach out to re-engage him with the Foundation & ESCo
- Empty repositories:
- Foundation staff have noticed a number of empty repositories, where the contributor went through the contribution process but then didn't on-board their code.
- Decision: distribute the list of such repositories and ESCo to use it to decide what (if anything) to do about them
