Minutes
- After initial introductions and some difficulties with the conference bridge there was a general discussion about the charter and objectives of the working group.
- It was agreed that the group should meet bi-weekly at the proposed time of 9am Pacific time on Thursdays, starting on 31st of March. A calendar invite has been sent out with the revised frequency and updated bridge details.
- The bridge has been upgraded to 100 connections so hopefully there will not be a repeat of the difficulties people had joining this meeting.
- It was agreed that a set of use cases for cross-institutional interactions should be agreed and the group's efforts should be focused on defining standards to support these use cases.
- It was agreed that the group's activities will be co-ordinated via this Confluence and the associated JIRA instance rather than by email.
Action items
- Former user (Deleted) to provide a formal draft of the group charter
- Former user (Deleted) to provide a draft set of use cases
- Former user (Deleted) to provide details of the proposed technical support for complex objects to be provided by Symphony including the ideas around composers and renderers for these objects.
