Meeting notes
The members discussed the current draft of the reference open source policy. There was no additional feedback from the group on the policy.
The members discussed the format and content for a sample license list to be included with the reference policy. Mr. Williamson asked whether the members' firms used a license list currently and what information it contained. The members agreed to inquire within their organizations and report back.
The members discussed how compliance training was currently delivered within their firms, agreeing that most was delivered via external contractors as online multimedia sessions including slides, video, and exercises. They suggested that reference training materials should be provided as slides and, possibly, as videos.
The meeting was then adjourned.
