10 min | Meeting Cadence | @Nicholas Kolba | This has come up a few times recently (last in the live meeting in London). It seems like it is becoming more difficult for us to work effectively on these topics with the format of a 1 hour meeting every 2 weeks. Would reducing the meeting frequency and increasing the meeting length help? e.g. a 2 hour meeting once a month, and also hosting face to face in New York and/or London... |
