The following email distribution lists are available, to facilitate communication within and between Program’s participants:

  2. pmc-private@symphony.foundation
  3. pmc@finos.org - used for
  4. private

  6. and votes within
  7. between the PMC members
    1. The PMC Lead is the list Owner and can add/remove/invite/promote other members
    2. Every PMC Member is a list Manager
  8. Nobody else is (or should be) part of this list

  9. Email archives are not publicly available

  10. Only list members can post messages

  11. Nobody, except group Managers, can see who is in the list

  12. symphony-pmc@symphony.foundation - used for public communication between the PMC members

To manage lists, please access Foundation Google Groups web interface.  In the event that none of the PMC Members can access it, please open a HELP issue.

The https://github.com/symphonyoss/symphony-program repository can be used by the program team to keep code, documentation and other assets.

Limited Access Until FINOS Launch

After the FINOS Foundation is launched (April 25th), some configuration changes will be made to this infrastructure to allow public access; the timing of those changes will be coordinated with the PMC Lead.
