Peter Monks to coordinate the vote

Arnaud Budkiewicz (Deactivated) has been coordinating the definition of a significant enhancement to WebRTC regarding encryption. The team will be commencing development over the holiday period and would like to do so in the open from the get-go.

Rather than relying on an email vote this late in the year, I'd like to try to get it approved via an in-person vote.

Note also that Arnaud only has 15 minutes of availability at the start of the call to answer any questions, so I've front-loaded this agenda item.

The Foundation recently received this feedback regarding the bot-sym-browser project:

Just curious if you knew about this:

 https://github.com/symphonyoss/bot-sym-browser

It's certainly a good example of bot programming, but I wonder if the description of the project is what you want for a financial services nonprofit's repos.

"This bot allows you to browse the Internet and certain “Contexts”, while making it look like you’re doing work."

Not that it's not a nice idea, but didn't know if the tone there is what you expected (maybe it is, which is fine too).

FWIW we've passed on this feedback to the bot-sym-browser project team and made it clear that they may respond as they wish - that no action is required by the Foundation.

However we were interested in any general steering the ESCo would like to provide in this area.
