The following email distribution lists are available, to facilitate communication within and between Program’s participants:
symphony-pmc-private@symphony.foundation - used for private communication and votes within the PMC
The PMC Lead is the list Owner and can add/remove/invite/promote other members
Every PMC Member is a list Manager
Nobody else is (or should be) part of this list
Email archives are not publicly available
Only list members can post messages
Nobody, except group Managers, can see who is in the list

To manage lists, please access Foundation Google Groups web interface. In the event that none of the PMC Members can access it, please open a HELP issue.

The https://github.com/symphonyoss/symphony-program repository can be used by the program team to keep code, documentation and other assets.
Limited Access Until FINOS Launch
After the FINOS Foundation is launched (April 25th), some configuration changes will be made to this infrastructure to allow public access; the timing of those changes will be coordinated with the PMC Lead.
- This Confluence Space will be publicly accessible (including self sign up), except for the PMC and other Program-private pages
- All email lists will include a
@finos.org
alias (i.e. symphony@symphony symphony@symphony.foundation will also have a symphony@finosa symphony@finos.org alias) - symphony-pmc@finos.org
- Anyone will be able to read email archives on https://groups.google.com/a/symphony.foundation/forum/#!forum/symphony
- Anyone will be able to post messages
- All messages will be moderated, except those from list Members (that is, PMC members)
- Anyone will be able to read email archives on https://groups.google.com/a/symphony.foundation/forum/#!forum/symphony
- symphony@finos.org
- Anyone will be able to read email archives on https://groups.google.com/a/symphony.foundation/forum/#!forum/symphony
- Anyone will be able to post messages
